GCA Application
Our goal is to make this process as smooth and personal as possible. From your first click to your family interview, our Admissions Team will walk alongside you every step of the way.
Step 1: Online Application
🕒 Takes about 10–15 minutes
💰 $250 non-refundable application fee
Begin by completing our online application. You’ll be asked to provide basic family information, pastoral and academic references, and share a bit about your student’s educational background and interests.
Step 2: Academic Assessment
Once your application is received and reviewed, our Admissions Counselor will contact you to schedule your student’s academic assessment. This helps us understand their learning style and ensure we can best support their growth. This assessment includes writing, reading DRA test and a math assessment. It is administered on site by one of our teachers and the application cost covers the assessment, no additional fee.
Typical assessment time frames:
Kindergarten – 30-45 minutes
First Grade – Fifth grade – 60 minutes
Sixth grade – Twelfth grade – 90 minutes
Step 3: Family Interview
After the assessment is evaluated, we’ll invite your family to an interview with our Admissions Team. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about our mission, meet key staff, and see what makes GCA such a special place to learn and grow in Christ.
