Middle School

Grades 6-8 | Growing in Wisdom, Knowledge & Faith.

Middle school is a season of transformation, from childhood into early adolescence. At GCA, we guide students through this stage with intentional discipleship, academic rigor, and the structure of the University-Model.

Our goal is for students to grow in faith, character, and intellectual maturity so they can engage the world for God’s glory.

Biblical Worldview Formation: Students learn to evaluate information and culture through a gospel-centered lens.

Academic Rigor & Critical Thinking: Courses are designed to challenge students to think deeply and grow in knowledge and maturity.

Leadership Development: Students are trained to lead themselves (goal-setting, personal responsibility) and others (servant leadership).

Community & Mentoring: Every student has a homeroom/advisory teacher, and there’s a strong sense of belonging among peers.

Student Life:

Middle School at GCA is designed to help students grow academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. We create purposeful opportunities for leadership, connection, and character-building, helping students discover who God made them to be.

PULSE Time
A dedicated 30-minute break after lunch each day where students can unwind, build friendships, and choose from rotating clubs, games, and physical activities.

J15 Groups + Chapel
Once a week, students gather for worship and teaching from local pastors. After chapel, they meet in J15 small groups led by mentor teachers for discussion, discipleship, and time in God’s Word.

Athletics
